Participants requiring a letter of invitation to assist with their arrangements to participate in RhinoWorld 2019 should send a request for an invitation letter to email@example.com. Letters will only be sent to those who are registered and fully paid. Kindly ensure that you include your name (as shown on your passport), passport number, and postal address. The invitation letter will be emailed within 7 working days.
All expenses involved with attending the conference are the responsibility of the attending party. Please note that this letter is not any form of guarantee from the organizers nor is it an offer for financial support.
The official language of Rhinoworld 2019 is English.
Liability and Insurance
Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip, as the conference secretariat and organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants.
Generally, a citizen of a foreign country who wishes to enter the United States must have a valid passport and obtain a visa from the US Department of State. If you are required to have a visa for entry into the US it is your responsibility to apply for a passport, visa or any other required documents and to demonstrate to consular officials that you are properly classifiable as a visitor under the laws with the US.
